Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

What is your return policy?

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we're here to help. Simply send it back within 60 days of receipt.

Once we've seen it and checked everything's in order, we'll refund the amount you paid for it, including any duties and taxes.

In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we've received your return and checked everything's in order, we'll refund your original method of payment. We'll be sure to keep you updated and email you when we have processed your refund.

How long do I have to return?

You've got 60 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not accepting exchanges at the moment. If you want to exchange an item for another, please return the original one and place a new order instead.
